I played it exactly one time as a kid after my brothers and I bought it. There were a series of games from this company that looked awesome but probably weren’t.
I played the heck out of this game with my Core Group of Childhood Friends. One of them went to Gen Con and brought back a trove of cool games I’ve never seen again, including this one, and another that was very much like a simplified version of Car Wars except you had thick vehicle counters and laid down strips of highway as you drove and fought.

I remember seeing that ad as a kid. Never bought or saw the game.
