Selkana’s Saga is a new Chaosium blog series following a long-format roleplaying campaign using the RuneQuest: Roleplaying in Glorantha system.
Salkana’s Saga is written by Ellie and Scott Akers, a husband and wife team of professional game developers. Ellie has been creating games for girls and women for almost two decades.

They seem nice.
Cam Banks Absolutely. That Chaosium is even using a word like “diverse” in a headline is also amazing, IMO. ❤️❤️❤️
I wish Glorantha wasn’t so problematic when it came to the fantasy versions of non-white folks.
Cam Banks They are. 🙂 I had Scott at my HeroQuest table at last year’s Gen Con, and we both played in Jason Dural’s RQ game this year. Both times I found him to be knowledgeable, a good roleplayer, and a great team-player. I only briefly met Ellie last week, but got a good vibe from her as well.
Chris Chinn When I suggested to Ian Cooper last year that he should hire you to write a Kralorela book, FWIW he gave the post a like. If you’re of a mind to engage with it, he has expressed an interest in pitches from writers for under-served corners of the lozenge. I for one would love to see where you could take it.

Jonathan Laufersweiler Years ago, I contacted Greg to do an email interview on questions for my blog. He was interested. Among the questions I asked, included questions about problematic content, including quotes from his own responses on forums.
He never got back.
My desire to fix game settings that utilize racist propaganda in their fantasy after decades of existence so other people can profit, is… quite low.
Chris Chinn Alas that it is so, but also understandable.
