  2. Seriously, if you want poorly edited stuff, laid out in Google Docs from me, it’s PWYW at OneBookShelf. Paying for editing, layout, and art are the main reasons I’d run a crowd funding campaign in the first place.

  4. Guys, you’re preaching to the choir. But c’mon, you know how most KSs go.

    And let’s not forget all the publishers and creators who don’t even realize “layout” is a thing. (“I’m not paying good money for a bunch of white space.”)

    I can think of one KS right off the top of my head that did not budget for any of these things. And I can only think of one that did a stretch goal to pay authors more. Sorry, that was from another thread.
