I wish the maker had put some contact info on the front page, they deserve props! In any case, feel free to grab it and reuse it, I remember asking permission and it was granted.
Holy cow that sheet is phenomenal. Thanks for the share! If I ever get a chance to get out from behind the screen I’m using the crap out of that.
