She should update her quote to say “We simply do not think that evidence found in about 800 studies support any casual link between any red meat and any type of cancer”. I also simply do not think about many things and that still does not make it true. It feels like we have similar situation to big tobacco show in the 80s. Gotta wait till the lawsuits will start rolling in.

Mind you, the dangers of processed meats have been known for a long, long time. The news here is the WHO endorsement.

Mark Delsing I simply do not think that using ammonia aka bleach to de-germ the slaughtered animal meat could have possibly any negative effect on the human that eats it.
There couldn’t possibly be any bias there.
